Georgette Conder

Georgette Conder, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020.  She was born on Tuesday, May 20, 1947, in Albuquerque, NM.  Georgette was a Valley High School graduate class of 1965.  She was preceded in death by her parents George and Theresa Conder, and grandparents George and Lillian Conder and Antonio and Luclle Naccarato; her aunt, Grace Naccarato, her longtime friend, Bob Patty; and Rascal her beloved dog.  She is survived by her brother, George Conder and wife Kathy; sister, Judy Ewing and husband Phil; and her sister, Bunty Gunter and husband Robb; nieces, Tracy and husband Jerry, Shelly and husband Eric, Brie, Lucie and husband Metodi; nephews, Chad and wife Veronica, Brad, Ty and wife Kate; great nieces, Amber, Theresa, Lauren and Kianra; great nephews, Jp, Ross, Preston, Coleton, Timothy, Rowan and Phoenix.

Georgette loved and enjoyed the time she got to spend with her family, her relatives, her friends, her neighbors, her co-workers, her jobs and the many customers she met and served throughout her long working career.  She started working as a young teenager at her Grandma's Italian restaurant (Casa Muon Appetito), Paris Fine Shoe Store, Cooper's Western Ware, Western Warehouse, and the last place she worked was Dan's Bookts and Saddles (until the panedemic shutdown).  Georgette loved reading, watching TV, working puzzles, playing cards, going to the horseraces, and the Casinos with friends and family.  She loved the home cooked meals she grew up with that were so lovingly prepared by our mom, our grandma and our grandmother (especially Italian, Southwest American Country, and Spanish, and of course, having red or green chile with any meal).  She was a great cook and when New Year 2021 rolls around, we'll miss her ham, blackeye peas, scalloped potatoes, cornbreat, and peach cobbler that she lovingly prepared for family and friends.  She loved eating out at the many wonderful family restuarnats here in Albuquerquer with her dear friend, Lucy.  We already miss her so much and we know she'll be watching over all of us until we meet again.  Remember to tell all the people you care about how much you love them while they can still hear you.  God Bless us all!

She will be laid to rest to rest (sic) at Sunset Memorial Park.  To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Georgette Conder please visit our Tribute Store
