Billy Wayne Watson – 62, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on June 11, 2009. Mr. Watson was born on June 29, 1946, to Bracy Watson and Bessie N. Mims of Wichita Falls, TX. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bessie N. Mims, and a sister, Eberley Joyce Perry. He is survived by his brother, Reginald Alexander of Atlanta, GA, and a sister, Deinna Mims-Johnson of Grand Prairie, TX, and Aunt Helen Brown of Los Angeles, CA. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. During his military service he was a Purple Heart recipient. Mr. Watson was also a member of the Elks Club. Services have been entrusted to Daniels Family Funeral Services, 1100 Coal Ave.
